These terms and conditions govern the services offered by Clémence, holistic facilitator, including tantric massages, yoga sessions, retreats and workshops (hereinafter "the Services"). Any reservation implies the client's full and complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Reservation

Booking a Service is done via the online form, by email or by telephone.
Any reservation is confirmed only after validation by the publisher and, where applicable, after payment of the requested deposit.

Rates and payment

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included.
Payment can be made:

in cash,
by bank transfer,
or by any other method specified when booking.

A deposit may be required for certain services (e.g. retreats, group workshops).

Cancellation and modification

Cancellation by the client: All cancellations must be notified at least 48 hours before the service. After this period, the session is due in full.
Cancellation by the publisher: in the event of an unforeseen event, the service will be postponed or fully refunded if no postponement is possible.

Responsibility

The Services offered aim at overall well-being, self-exploration and relaxation.
They do not constitute in any way a medical or sexual act, and do not replace medical or psychological monitoring.
The client is responsible for communicating any particular physical or emotional conditions before the session.

Confidentiality and respect

The sessions take place in a secure and caring environment.
Any disrespectful or sexual attitude will result in the immediate termination of the session, with no refund possible.

Intellectual property

All content (texts, images, programs) distributed by Clémence remains her exclusive property.
Any reproduction or distribution without authorization is prohibited.

Data protection

The information collected (name, email, telephone) is used only for managing reservations and is never transmitted to third parties without consent.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the customer can request access, rectification or deletion of their data by writing to +352 621 571 610

Applicable law and disputes

These T&Cs are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
